Miss World is an international beauty pageant created in 1951 by Eric Morley in the United Kingdom. It is one of the Big Four beauty pageants, along with Miss Universe, Miss International, and Miss Earth. The current Miss World is Joheirry Mola of the Dominican Republic, crowned on 5 September 2026. The pageant has undergone changes over the years, including replacing the bikini with more modest swimwear and eventually evening gowns for the crowning.
